There were already apps for booking cleaners, so this one focused on one group: people who rent out flats and houses on holiday-rental sites. For them, a bad clean means a bad review.
We looked at how these owners present their own properties to guests, and designed the app to present cleaning services in the same way. It felt familiar from the first screen.
It is a three-way marketplace: owners and managers book services, and service providers register and offer what they do.
