What we collect, and why
When you use the contact form or write to us
We receive what you send: your name, email address, business name and message. We use it only to reply to you and, if you wish, to discuss working together. The legal basis is your request (steps taken before entering into a contract) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We keep this correspondence for up to two years after our last contact, or less if you ask us to delete it.
When you visit
The hosting provider records standard server logs: IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser’s description. These are used to keep the site working and secure, kept for a limited period and not combined with other data.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. The fonts are served from this website itself, not from Google or any other third party. There is nothing to consent to, which is why you see no cookie banner.
Who processes data for us
- 20i Limited (United Kingdom): website hosting.
- Make.com (Celonis, servers in the EU): receives the contact form and passes it to our inbox. It keeps a record of each delivery for up to 30 days.
- Google Workspace: our email.
We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable form. Write to hello1stthingapps.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Spain that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
