Destination management companies run multi-day programmes for groups: incentives, conferences, company trips. The project manager usually builds a long master document for each event, then spends the last week retyping it into run sheets, rooming lists and transfer lists, and sending new versions after every change.
Alista keeps the programme in one place. The run sheet, the rooming and transfer lists and each freelancer’s own view all come from it, so a change made once is changed everywhere. A driver opens a link on their phone and sees only their part of the event.
It is built as a web app that works in any browser, with the database and files stored in the EU (Ireland). It is in early access with a small number of DMCs. You can read more at alistaworks.com.
