In this case, the users are property owners who rent out apartments or houses on sharing sites such as AirBnB. They are looking for an easy to use platform that enables them to discover and schedule cleaning and other maintenance services from providers they can trust. After all, their all-important reputation is on the line.

Here we focussed on delivering an attractive UI that fitted the users’ aesthetic tastes. We looked at how they presented their properties to their clients, and from that worked out a design that presented services to them in a similar way.

This is a 3-way marketplace. The platform also allows providers who can register their service offerings to property owners and managers.
